Guidelines for planning a Reception with Hors d’oeuvres and Action stations

*A minimum of eight selections are recommended for an hors d'oeuvres reception

*These items may consist of selections from the Passed Hors D’oeuvres,

Chef Attended Carving, Action or Small Plate Stations,

Culinary Displays and Sweet Endings 

*Pricing is for a two-hour reception and is priced per person

based on your guaranteed guest count
