Dinner in the Club Restaurant

Dinner is served Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Nights from 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Wednesday Night is "Family Night" offering a value buffet as well as our Dinner Ala Carte Menu. Thursday Night is a casual evening with great food that blends sports, families and member relations into one evening. Friday night is the night we try to bring "The Highlands To You". Although your children are always welcome, Friday nights feature a busy happy hour at the bar and a more upscale menu for adult palates. Our wine room certainly has something for everyone; from Silver Oak at a value to a selection of great wines for every taste and budget.

Lunch in the Club Restaurant

Lunch at the club in the main Dining Room is served Tuesday through Saturday 11:00 am - 2:30 pm offering an eclectic menu featuring various entree salads, great sandwiches, a special of the day and fabulous signature soups. If thats not enough choices then simply ask for our Lounge Menu featuring great bar food items. Walk-ins are welcome, however reservations for groups over five are requested.

The CCR Lounge is known for the place to go if you have friends in town, entertaining clients or just rounding out a great day of recreational activities. Our Bar is stocked with a huge selection of fine liquors, domestic & import brews both bottled and draft along with an impressive wine menu for every taste and budget. The Lounge is open Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday 11:00 am until 10:00 pm, Thursday & Friday 11:00 am until Midnight then Sunday 10:00 am until 9:00 pm. Complimentary hors d'oeuvres are offered each Friday at 6:30 pm to celebrate the end of each work week. The Bar Menu is available Tuesday - Friday 11:00 am until 9:00 pm plus Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am until 5:30 pm. Don't forget the monthly complimentary wine tasting announced in our newsletter or via e-mail.

Dining at the Pool

The Agua Cafe is our dining facility at the Aquatic Center. We offer an extensive menu that will satisfy all age groups in your family. The cafe features all the children's favorites from hotdogs and pizza to adult selections of salads, burgers and a multitude of different sandwiches. A tapas menu is offered after five o'clock to accompany the exotic drinks served up at the Tiki Bar. What could me more relaxing after a round of golf or a hard won tennis match than unwinding by the pool with your family with a great meal and a cool drink. Going to the CCR Aquatic Center is like going on vacation without ever leaving home.
