The Main Ballroom can seat up to 500 people for a speaker setting or serve as many as 350 for a plated meal during a wedding. The room can be separated into two areas for smaller functions up to 120. These areas are great for retirement parties, anniversaries, business seminars or charity events. The room also features a large stage and dance floor for entertainment and a giant wide screen for video presentations. Our Ballroom also features a beautiful pre-function area with a grand piano and access to spacious restrooms designed with vanity space.
Our intimate Corporate Dining Room features a gas fireplace, a built in buffet counter for continental breakfasts or heavy horderves as well as a large screen that descends from the ceiling for video presentations. Also available, for a minimum fee, is our state of the art LCD player, 37 inch flat screen TV with DVD capability and our lavaliere microphone system. This room is perfect for as little as 4 people up to 30 people involving events such as bridal showers, entertaining clients, personalized dinners or graduation events.
The CCR Main Dining Rooms, Magnolia & Azalea, as well as The Lounge are also available Saturdays AM & PM, Sunday evenings, Mondays AM & PM and Tuesday evenings. These rooms feature a beautiful view of our new Garden Area and our stunning golf course. Pair these rooms with the ballroom and entertain as many as 400 easily or book them separately for more intimate events with an outstanding view. The Main Bar area is perfect for the Party Crowd seating as many as 30 people and accommodating up to 60+ for standing room.
Our new Garden Area is the perfect venue for outdoor weddings, festivals or corporate outings. This area can accommodate as many as 300+ with room for entertainment, beverage centers and a large buffet. We have access with a great vendor of rental chairs, tables, chair covers, tents and other banquet needs. Feel the privacy surrounded by the clubhouse while enjoying the year round comfortable weather of the state of Georgia.
