Please make sure that you sign up for the classes you want to attend so we can have the appropriate staff in place. 
IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP THE TRAINERS WILL NOT BE ON SITE TO HOLD THE CLASSES!!!!

Power Yoga Classes (Jill):  Monday 8:30-9:30am, Wednesday 4:30-5:30pm, and Friday 8:30-9:30am
Svaroopa Yoga (Julie Sutton) Tuesday

Boot Camp Program (Jaimyn) Beginning January 18th:  Mondays 11:30-12:30, Wednesday 6-7pm, and Saturday 10-11am.  The cost for the six weeks will be $72 for one day a week, $120 for two days a week and $144 for three days a week.
Fitness Class (Jaimyn): Monday 10:30-11:30am 

Personal Small Group Training (Jessica)
Jessica specializes in personal small group training.  These sessions can be scheduled at your request so they are very flexible and can be set up to focus on whatever your group would like.  These are a great way to get a good workout with professional supervision at an affordable rate.  Call the tennis shop to set up your training times.

Personal training and small group sessions can made be with Rob.  He can personalize a workout for whatever sport or goal you want.  Please call the tennis shop and we can help get you started.
