Please make sure that you sign up for the classes you want to attend so we can have the appropriate staff in place. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN UP THE TRAINERS WILL NOT BE ON SITE TO HOLD THE CLASSES!!!! Power Yoga Classes (Jill): Monday 8:30-9:30am, and Friday 8:30-9:30am Svaroopa Yoga (Julie Sutton) Tuesday Mat Pilates (Bonnie Clayton) Tuesday 10:15-11:15am Fitness Class (Jaimyn): Monday 10:30-11:30am and Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm Personal training and small group sessions can made be with Rob or Jaimyn. Theye can personalize a workout for whatever sport or goal you want. Please call the tennis shop and we can help get you started.
