In the heat, you need to make sure that you remain well hydrated.  Drinking at least 64 oz of plain water per day is ideal.

Biceps Lesson: Watch your elbows when performing barbell curls. Do they shift forward at the top of the move until your forearms are directly beneath the bar? If so, your delts are doing too much of the work. Instead, keep your elbows at your sides and stop the upward motion before your forearms come perpendicular to the floor. Hold your elbows in place as you do the curls. To hard? Maybe lower the weight!
