The CCR fitness center provides an informal but robust facility for members desiring individual or group fitness programs. State of the art equipment consists of 8 cardio vascular stations and 10 multipurpose pieces of strength training equipment, designed to meet the needs of anyone who has the desire to improve their strength and endurance. The center is open from 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 p .m. Tuesday through Friday and 6:00am-8:00pm Saturday&Sunday, providing an opportunity for strength training or for those who just want stay in shape for better health. Members enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere for their workouts. Many have set times each week for informal group workouts that allows them a special time for friendship of fellow members while completing their daily exercise programs. The center is under the direction of Fitness Cordinator, Rob Leventhal, who brings over 20 plus years of exercise/fitness experience to the organization.

I have been in the fitness/tennis business for over 22 years, and have been Fitness Coordinator at CCR for the last six and a half years. As an avid sports fan, I watch and play many sports. I played semi-pro soccer and almost made a pro soccer team, before settling down as an instructor. My wife Valerie and I have been married for 11 years and have two boys ages 8 & 9. With a physical education background, I am willing to help with physical fitness & physical therapy needs for anyone at any age. Affiliations include NHCA, USPTA, GPTA, ALTA, USTA & USRSA.
