The center is open from 6:00 a.m. - 8:30 p .m. Tuesday through Friday and 6:00am-8:00pm Saturday & Sunday, providing an opportunity for strength training or for those who just want stay in shape for better health. Members enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere for their workouts. Many of our instructors have set times each week for informal group workouts that allows them a special time for friendship of fellow members while completing their daily exercise programs.
