MARCUS RUTSCHE NAMED ATHLETIC DIRECTOR AT CCR

Rutsche has spent the last eight years as Adult Director at the Windward Lake Club, where he successfully coached club level players and juniors as well as professional tour players. In 2011, Rutsche won the United States Professional Tennis Association’s Southern seminar contest and has been the presenting speaker for the Georgia Professional Tennis Association. Certified as a USPTA P-1, Rutsche also serves as Vice President of the Georgia state chapter board.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Rutsche attended Austin Peay State University on a full scholarship earning the distinction of MVP. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness and has been coaching since 1996. He has worked with Tennis Australia, The John Newcombe Tennis Ranch in Texas and The New Albany Country Club. Rutsche lives in Alpharetta with his wife Paige.

Country Club of Roswell is a private, member-owned, family-focused country club on the east side of Roswell. The Club features an 18-hole golf course, aquatic center, tennis facility, and full-service clubhouse and garden.
