JUNIOR GOLF SIGN UP
The 2008 CCR Golf Program will kickoff Sunday, June 1st with the opening luncheon and Adult/Junior golf tournament. The day will begin at 11:00 am and then play will follow around 12:30 pm. All juniors should attend the luncheon. (Lunch is included with registration for juniors). Also, all juniors must attend a mandatory etiquette class on Tuesday, June 3rd
Please fill out the following form to register your child in the program. If you have more than one child, use the back of this form or stop in the golf shop for another. You must fill this out to play! Play starts June 5 th.
The program fee is $150 per child. ($100 for juniors in private instruction) This includes all play days, tournaments, banquets, and a 4 clinic series. There will be an extra charge for Interclub and special events.
All scheduled events will be available at the kickoff and in the Pro Shop.
Please return by May 17th to Jackie Cannizzo, Director of Junior Golf, at 2500 Club Springs Dr., Roswell, Ga. 30076. Fees will be charged to club accounts
